Shipping & Delivery

In-stock pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order, resized and engraved pieces need extra time, and custom designs ship 3 to 5 weeks after you approve the final design. We will always show or confirm the expected timeline before you place your order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

• Standard insured shipping: free, typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout where offered, typically 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes because insured jewelry deliveries require a signature.

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can also check the status any time from My Account › Orders.

To protect your jewelry, most deliveries require an adult signature. If you will not be available, you can ask the carrier to hold your package at a nearby location for pickup.

If your package is late, arrives damaged or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Keep all packaging. Because every shipment is insured, we will file the claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order once the claim is resolved.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order ships.
